Richmond Training Centre skaters captured the team trophy at the 2004 Central Ontario Sectional Championships, garnering the top points among all Central Ontario clubs. RTC skaters proudly represent the Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club, home club of Elvis Stojko. Our skaters took home serious hardware from these championships. Central Ontario Sectional champions were crowned:

Pre-Novice and Novice medalists qualified for 2004 Eastern Challenge. Senior medalists qualified for 2004 Canadian Championships. Also qualifying for 2004 Canadian Championships were Andrea Elliott, Senior Ladies - Eastern Ontario, Harmonie Wong, Senior Ladies - Western Ontario. Brittany Moloney, Junior Ladies - Eastern Ontario, qualified for Eastern Challenge, along with Maxime-Billy Fortin, who had a bye through Sectional qualifying. Qualifying for Ontario Winter Games were Kristy Dobson - Novice Ladies, Jurrell King - Novice Men, Christopher Burns - Novice Men, Jason Baker - Novice Men, Christopher Sisca - Pre-Novice Men and Kevin Alves - Juvenile Men.

Special mention to Alesha Checkley, Senior Ladies' silver medalist in Alberta Section. Alesha has been training part-time with RTC for the past few years.
