Mark is a level 3 certified coach. Mark was not one of the most talented skaters, but his heart and competitive nature made up for it. Mark competed in singles and pairs and he also went to many Nationals Championships at the Novice, Junior and Senior level in both categories as well as Internationals.

Like his big sister, Mark also participated in a wide variety of sports from ballet to hockey. He was in the National Ballet of Canada for many years before giving it up for skating. He did all typed of dance as well from ballet to hip hop. Mark also was and still is a hockey goalie, which is one of his passions.
