Rachel has been coaching since 1990. A graduate of the Seneca College coaching program, she is level 4 certified.

Rachel’s skaters have passed Senior competitive singles test, as well gold freeskate, skills and dance test.

Rachel has coached at the provincial, National and international level. She coaches skaters from beginner through competitive. She currently coaches Shaquille Davis national Silver medalist, Pre Novice men 2007 & national Silver medalist, Novice men 2008.

Rachel Specializes in mental training and the technical aspects of singles skating; as well as athlete management and packaging.
