Kent M. Grice

Freestyle, Pairs, Dance

Kent was a National level skater in Pairs, Dance and Singles and was an Eastern Canadian Pair Gold medalist as well as a Central Ontario Sectional Gold medalist in Pairs, Singles and Dance. As a Level III Certified Coach, with partial level IV completed and 26 years of coaching experience (16 years at National and International level). During the past 7 years Kent has directed the Learn to Skate program at the Richmond Training Centre.

Kent has coached skaters who have won Canadian championships such as Johanna Purdy and Kevin Maguire (Junior Pair Champions 2001), Marni Wade and Lenny Faustino (Novice Pair Champions 1996) and coached first ever Central Ontario Sectional Juvenile Ladies Champion Ashley Soldera.
Coached over 20 medalists at the Canadian Divisional Championships and over 40 medalists at Sectionals level in Pairs, Singles and Dance. Currently coaching Chiara Naccarata (Pre-Novice Ladies) and Gabrielle Daleman (Pre-Juvenile Ladies).
