Jocelyn started skating at the age of five. She is currently a grade twelve student at Turner Fenton Secondary School. This year, Jocelyn made her international debut in 2004, competing in both senior and junior events. Jocelyn represents Chinese Taipei internationally.

Jocelyn enjoys a variety of sports, as well as all types of dance. She loves shopping and spending time with her friends. She is also an avid reader, and likes listening to music.
