Paul Poirier
2007 Canadian Novice Men's Bronze Medallist

In only four years, Paul made his mark on the figure skating world. Paul competes in both singles and dance, and is accomplished in both! In January, 2003, he captured his first national medal - a bronze medal in Juvenile Men. He also competed at the Eastern Canadian Championships in Pre-Novice Dance, with his partner Vanessa Crone. He was named the 2003 Central Ontario Competitive Skater of the Year!!!!

Paul also enjoys performing in ice shows. In May, 2003, he was a soloist in the Scarborough Ice Show.

In 2005, Paul was a double medalist at the Eastern Challenge Championships. He won Pre-Novice Men, and along with his partner Vanessa Crone, he won a bronze medal in Novice Dance. Keep it going Paul!!!!

Interests and Hobbies

Paul enjoys ballet, jazz, and off-ice training. In addition to excelling in skating, Paul is an excellent student and enjoys school.
